Rocket Sports was co-founded by Sir Elton John and Luke Lloyd-Davies in January 2012 as an independent athlete management company, working with British Olympic athletes ahead of the home Olympic Games in London.
Applying the same nurturing principles that supported music icons such as Ed Sheeran, Lily Allen and James Blunt at sister agency, Rocket Music, Rocket Sports proudly shapes the careers of iconic sports stars. Athletes on our books including 2018 Tour de France Champion Geraint Thomas, Britain’s most successful male and female Olympians, Sir Jason and Dame Laura Kenny, in addition to athletes across a mix of sports including, tennis, gymnastics, surfing and football.
In 2017, Rocket Sports welcomed a new intake of shareholders and directors, bringing expertise from across sectors including sports, marketing, finance, management and start ups. Through that change, Rocket Sports embarked on its next chapter, becoming a multi-purpose sports marketing agency offering brand and rights holder clients expert commercial support.
